At IPRO Innovations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [[email protected]].
Exceptions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Downloadable software products or digital content.
- Customized products (e.g., made-to-order items).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or supplements that have been opened).
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
