Pollen is 2-3 mm. nectar-soaked, sweet-tasting colored clumps which differ in their chemical composition and action from wind-borne pollen. Such pollen is much less allergic.

It is recommended to take 1-2 teaspoons per day for adults and up to 1 teaspoon per day for children. It is best to dissolve them in warm water and drink them before breakfast. This product should not be used for patients with bronchial asthma, allergic to vitamin B and adolescents during puberty.
